Swim/Bike/Run Brick

Workout Leader: Claudia and Paul Hutchinson
The Workout: This workout will simulate a race each week. Participants will start with a swim, transition to the bike and end off with a run. Distances will be set by Claudia and participants can choose to omit any portions of the workout depending on their needs. If water is too cold, the group will still bike and run. Claudia may change the location of the workout to Milton or Gulliver’s Lake if the temperature or water quality in Lake Ontario is not favourable.
