TCoB is a group of people who love to swim/bike/run and have fun doing it! The club operates as a non-profit and is inclusive of all abilities. We are dedicated to improving the fitness and performance experience of all triathletes. Whether you are attempting your first triathlon, or an active age group competitor, TCoB creates a productive environment for training and a relaxed environment for socializing. We have been striving for 15+ years to make the sport of triathlon accessible to the Burlington community and surrounding areas.
In the summer season, we offer 5-6 workouts per week to all members. All workouts are Triathlon Ontario sanctioned and led by certified coaches. The workout goals facilitate all race distances. We offer workouts in all 3 disciplines of triathlon; swimming, cycling and running. Our flagship workout is the Tuesday evening BRICK. This workout includes cycling and running and is a high intensity and highly supportive experience.
In the winter season, we offer 2-3 workouts per week. Our running workout continues outside, weather permitting. Members can choose to add more training in the pool or the cycle studio at special rates. Tuesday nights at Neworld Cycling studio are available at special discounted pricing for members.

In addition to your TCoB membership, you will also need a Triathlon Ontario Membership (TO). The sign up process will default to both memberships. Your TO membership will add the benefits of race insurance and a subscription to Triathlon Canada Magazine.
