Recovery Bike Ride

Workout Leader: Margaret Dorio and Shawna Button
The Workout: This is an easy, social ride of between 25 – 35km, at a pace of 20 – 25km/hr. Starting from Neworld Cycle on Plains Rd. We will ride as a group, no one will get dropped or left behind. The group will usually stop at a local coffee shop for refreshments during or after the ride.

What to Bring: Bike, helmet, a little money for the pit stop.
