What: A fully coached triathlon training program geared to new and seasoned triathletes focusing on sprint and olympic distance training. Three fully coached workouts per week.
When: Program starts April 16 and goes to June 20, all workouts take place in the evenings.
Where: Swim in Oakville pool, and then at Gulliver’s Lake, Bike in Oakville, Run in Burlington
Who: Coached by three of the area’s top coaches: Greg Pace, Petrina Tulissi and Beth Primrose. See flyer for full bios.
Cost: TCOB member: $250, Non-member: $299. This works out to only $8.30 per workout over the full 10 week program.
