A new session of the successful SO TRI triathlon training program is set to start on May 20th.

This 12 week program targets the IronGirl sprint triathlon in Grimsby on Aug. 10th, but participants can choose to compete in any race of their choice.  Program includes three fully coached workouts per week, by NCCP triathlon coaches, Ana Lemus, Greg Pace and Margaret Dorio, a day-to-day workout plan, race simulations, open water swim experience, bike workshops, seminars on nutrition and injury prevention. Coaches will be present at the IronGirl race on Aug. 10th.
