Splash and Dash

This special swim session will be a swim/run brick. Bring your running gear and be prepared to start the swim just like a race – splash into the water for a mass start (swim 1 or 2 laps of the lake, or buoy line) and dash out to transition into your running shoes and run a 1 – 3km course. Distances will vary and be set by the workout leader, Ana Lemus. Stick around for a social bbq and drinks after the workout. Please RSVP to Ana Lemus: analemus@me.com
