Vertical Mile

The Vertical Mile is a workout organized PACEperformance. Run up and down 7 sets of stairs in Hamilton, connected by trails and roads. The total distance of the route is 16km, with one vertical mile of climbing. Participants can do all or some of the route – its up to how strong your legs feel 🙂 Meet in the parking lot of the Chedoke Golf Club at 8:30am.
