Tempo Run (Around the Bay run clinic)

A progressive run program, with a focus of peaking for Around the Bay Road Race on March 26th. Runs will be between 5 – 10km, with intervals and hill repeats spread thruout the program. Free to all TCoB members, $99 for non-members.
Meet in Neworld Runners and Tri Shop at 6:30pm for the 45 – 60 minute workout. Washrooms and change rooms available.
