Christmas Sweat and Social at Neworld Cycle.
Come join us for 3 hours of spinning, either with your own bike on a Neworld trainer, bring your own trainer, or on a spin bike, followed by a stretch, and some well deserved recovery food and a social.
The three hour spin is high energy and lead by qualified Neworld Spin Instructors.
