This is a Coached swim with Lifeguards.

The Workout: This will be a coached swim workout meeting on the shore to find out what the workout will be before getting into the water with a coach and lifeguard.  We will be swimming at Gulliver’s Lake until the water temperature warms up a bit more in Lake Ontario. Please check this site before heading out for the Wednesday swim to confirm the location.
