Mega Day at Neworld

A Mega Day consists of an optional run of approximately 30 – 45 minutes, followed by a 3 hour spin, and then some well deserved rest. These workouts take place in the indoor cycle centre at Neworld. Participants can bring their own bike and set it up in a Neworld trainer, bring their own trainer, or use one of Neworld’s spin bikes. The three hour spin is high energy and lead by qualified Neworld Spin Instructors.
Please note the 8:30 start refers to runs the official start of cycling, bikes should be setup in advance.
