CHRISTMAS EVE – RUN ON OWN

This workout will target the Around the Bay Road Race, following the program from the ATB Monday evening clinic. Runs will leave from Coffee Culture on Brant Street at 11 a.m. Lead by Rob Perry who will have a run route mapped out. These runs will be progressing from approximately 10km – 30km as the ATB race approaches.
