Hamilton Stairs

A great strength workout for the off-season, this will also prepare you for the famous PACEperformance organized, Verticle Mile workouts coming later this fall and winter.

We will meet at the base of the Chedoke Golf Course stairs, in the parking lot.  Complete between 3 – 8 sets of stairs, with or without running between this set and the Dundurn set of stairs.

Two opportunities for this great workout:

Thursday Morning workout at 10:00am  or  Wednesday Evening workout at  6:30pm
