Wednesday PM runs

Andrew Ponsen will lead the winter running sessions. Andrew plans to take the crew through an approximate 6-week endurance phase of training which will consist of tempo and cruise tempo runs. After that we hope to start on the next phase of strength running in the form of hill repeats.
If you have been running all through the Fall or if you want to get started back into running fitness this is for you. We will work at your current fitness level.
The evening will start at 5:45 with a very easy slow group warm up run. Then we will be running an 800m street circuit with streetlights (need head light still) at Andrew’s house. (lastly if you can run 1km test run before Nov. 25th at slightly faster than a 5km race pace and let Andrew know, he will use it to help with your training)
