The TT101 program has several years of successfully getting newcomers over the finish line of a triathlon. Founded as the SO-tri program, it is an 8 week introductory program offered through PacePerformance. The 8 week triathlon training would consist of two 4 week phases starting May 4. The target race is Welland; Give it a tri or Du or sprint distance race on June 28th, 2020.
Greg Pace has coached all levels of athletes to successful triathlon training and racing for 35+ years. His expertise and coaching skills will insure safe challenging and successful triathlon completion and/or personal best performances. Greg will be joined on this program by a variety of national and international coaching colleges to aid in your knowledge and skill development.
Participants will complete 24 coached workouts over the 8 weeks. Workouts will include the 3 disciplines of triathlon; swim, bike, run. All workouts will be approximately an hour. Additionally athletes will be provided with training plan of recommended workouts to complete on their own as priorities allow.

Workouts will begin at 6:30 pm each day
- Brick – bike/run including transition like in a race
- Swim training – pool and open water
- Run workout – track, road and trail
