The TT101 program is a 10 week introductory program offer through PacePerformance. The 10 week triathlon training would consist of two 5 week phases starting April 18th, 2017. The target race is Welland; Give it a tri or Du or sprint distance race on June 24th, 2017.
Participants will complete 3 workouts per week lead by qualified coaches. Workouts will include the 3 disciplines of triathlon; swim, bike, run. All workouts will be approximately an hour. Additionally athletes will be provided with training plan of recommended workouts to complete on their own as priorities allow.
