In association with IronKids, TCoB is offering a 6 week fully coached program for kids.
Starting July 14, there will 2 fully coached weekly workouts covering bike and run. Kids workouts will run congruently with club workouts. Kids will train in a segregated area and not with the adults. Kids to coach ratio estimated at 4:1. This program is designed for kids 4-12.
Program will close with a reserved race entry (cost not included).
Included with the program:
- 12 coached workouts
- Team COVID-19 mask
- Insured and sanctioned with Triathlon Ontario
In these unprecedented times public health regulations will be followed to prevent the spread of COVID-
19. These precautions will not impact the overall program goal but are put in place to keep the children
and their families safe.
Space is limited to 16 kids.
