Fall Kids Club – created due to popular demand
Starting August 31st, there will be 2 fully coached weekly workouts. Kids workouts will run congruently with club workouts where available. Kids will train in a segregated area and not with the adults. Kids to coach ratio estimated at 4:1. This program is designed for kids 4-12.
Included with the program:
- 12 coached workouts
- Post workout snack
- Insured and sanctioned with Triathlon Ontario
- Team mask as required
In these unprecedented times public health regulations will be followed to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These precautions include but are not limited to operating in cohorts, health screenings, physical distancing and sanitation protocols. Guidelines as set out by Ontario Public Health for day camps are being observed.
Space is limited.
Workouts to take place at LaSalle Park on Mondays and Wednesday 5:45-6:45 each evening.
