Our flagship workout has you working hard on the bike, on the run and through that transition.  The club will have racks available for you to setup your transition area just like race day.  The workout is often a double of Bike/Run then Bike/Run again.  Expect to work in Zone 4 in this mock race with your teammates.  The course offers some challenging hills on the bike and run.

PacePerformance coaches this workout and offers options based on your goal race.  Greg will also be happy to help you with any questions about setting up and moving between the sports.
