Our flagship workout has you working hard on the bike, on the run and through that transition. The club will have racks available for you to setup your transition area just like race day. The workout is often a double of Bike/Run then Bike/Run again. Expect to work in Zone 4 in this mock race with your teammates. The course offers some challenging hills on the bike and run.
