Workout Coach: Alex Boyer
The Workout: Alex will set the workout each week, which will involve intervals or speed work. Variations for short and long course athletes will be accommodated. Track workouts are an essential way to improve your run speed and anaerobic threshold. While pushing your pace can be a challenge, it is always easier when surrounded by supportive team mates.
