The workout: Meet 4900 Palladium Way Corner of Appleby Line and Palladium Way.
Ride to #1 side road, to use the hills for interval repeats. Speed, intensity and number of repeats will be set by Helene, but can be altered depending on individual training needs. Workout will end at approximately 7:30am.
What to Bring: Bike, helmet, front and rear bike lights for early season (the month of May), hydration and layered bike clothing.
