Swim Seminar and Brunch – April 26th

After the swim on Sunday April 26th, stick around for a free brunch and talk about swimming.  Physiotherapist Stephanie Nogueira from Dynamic Health and Performance will be talking on swim dynamics and injury.  As you enjoy a brunch, we will also talk about our Open Water swim program coached by “Embrace Open Water” swim director, Miguel Vadillo, which starts at Gulliver’s Lake on Monday May 25th and runs thru the summer.

If you don’t attend the Sunday swim, no problem – ALL ARE WELCOME.

SO TRI information evening – Thursday April 2nd

If you are doing your first triathlon this summer, this program is for you.  A 10 week, fully coached training program that will get you ready for a try-a-tri, spint or olympic distance race.  Targeting the Guelph Lake 1 races on June 20/21, participants will work out three times per week with coach, be provided with a training plan for additional weekly workouts and learn all the ins and outs of the swim, bike, run, transition and much more.
